As part of a continued effort to improve healthcare delivery in underserved areas, Ghana West Africa Medical Missions, through the Dada Foundation Ghana, donated medical supplies to two health centers in Ghana. The Okrakwadjo Health Center in the Eastern Region and the Essuowim Health Center in the Ashanti Region received essential items to support their operations
The donation, which took place on Friday, September 30th, is part of an ongoing collaboration between the two organizations, aiming to address the pressing healthcare needs of rural communities. The supplies, which included medications, basic diagnostic tools, personal protective equipment (PPE), and other essential medical items, were warmly received by health workers.
Dada Foundation Ghana emphasized its commitment to strengthening healthcare in rural areas where access to medical facilities and resources is often limited. This donation is not just about providing supplies but about saving lives and empowering local health workers with the tools they need to care for their communities.
Healthcare workers at both the Okrakwadjo and Essuowim health centers expressed gratitude for the timely support, noting that the supplies will significantly improve their ability to deliver quality care, especially in maternal and child health services.
The donation is part of a broader initiative led by Ghana West Africa Medical Missions to equip rural health centers with much-needed resources. Through the Dada Foundation, the mission continues to address critical gaps in healthcare delivery, particularly in underserved regions.
